The Simple Life

Today we took my Mom to see "Calendar Girls" and it was very sweet. Good for my Mom, too, since she has long time friends who live in that part of England. They sent her a copy of the calendar when it first came out, and she's been to the towns where the story took place many times.

I had that calendar in my kitchen. I remember my ex going through it when he came to visit Lee. He was so surprised.
I'm trying to catch up with the list, but I keep giving up because of the recurrent trollish posts. If we're going to have a war, I think it should be a about something relevant and worthwhile.
So, what do you guys think of The Simple Life? Someone here turned me on to it. I laughed until I cried. I've mentioned the show at parties - I have no shame - and people seem to polarize into Disgraceful! and Hilarious!
I'm not sure where some of you guys would fall. I think Anne would wet her pants and Kitten would turn off the tv, but you, Vicki, and most of all Geri, I can't decide.
